Use of the service

You may use Agent Guardian to back up AI agent instructions, memory files, markdown files, and related configuration artifacts that you have the right to store and process.

Self-custody responsibility

Agent Guardian is a self-custody product. You are responsible for protecting your recovery key. If the key is lost, deleted, corrupted, or inaccessible, Agent Guardian cannot recover encrypted backups for you.

No guaranteed recovery

Agent Guardian is designed to reduce data-loss risk. It does not guarantee that every backup will always be available, recoverable, or compatible with every future agent system. Gateway outages, provider issues, account configuration, device failures, and lost keys can affect recovery.

Storage and availability

Encrypted backups may be pinned to IPFS and retrieved through supported gateways. IPFS pinning is durable storage, not an unconditional promise of permanent availability. Users should keep their own important local and offline backups as well.

Acceptable data

Do not use Agent Guardian for PHI, regulated medical records, payment card data, government identifiers, or legally restricted data unless separate written safeguards and agreements are in place. Agent Guardian is currently positioned for AI agent file continuity, not regulated-data compliance.

Purchases, tiers, and refunds

Pricing and delivery are shown on the website and Gumroad checkout at the time of purchase. If a refund policy is displayed on the purchase page, that policy controls. If there is a mismatch between website copy and checkout terms, contact support before purchase.

Support

Support requests may be sent to support@agentbotguardian.com. Support mailbox verification remains part of launch readiness and should be confirmed before public marketing.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product matures. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
